How parents could support their child’s learning?

By reading our curriculum and finding out what children are learning and why they are learning it
• By communicating with teachers, discussing their children’s work with them;
• By encouraging children to complete assignments and to pursue opportunities to extend their skills in French;
• By exposing children to French language and culture outside the school – French books, videos, theatre, television programs and cultural events, any activity that allows for extracurricular use of the language builds skill, vocabulary and confidence.
• By getting a good French/English dictionary;
